Popular restaurant Salsa Bar and Grill was named as one of six new locations identified as a casual contact site by Queensland Health. IMAGE: Facebook

Six new sites in Port Douglas and two in Mossman have been identified as exposure venues and takes the total to nine in the town. And Queensland has recorded 1158 cases overnight.

Those added to the original list of three – Central Hotel, Grant Street Kitchen and Port Douglas Surf Club Bar and Bistro – are Cafe Fresq, Star of Siam, Niramaya Restaurant, Wrasse and Roe, Sassi La Cucina and Salsa Bar & Grill.
 

 
If you have been to a casual contact location at the relevant times, you are considered a casual contact and must do the following:

1) Immediately travel by private transport directly to your home or accommodation and quarantine;
2) Get tested at your earliest opportunity;
3) Continue to quarantine until you receive a negative result;
4) Continue to monitor for symptoms, if you become symptomatic get tested and isolate until you receive a negative result.
