This week’s G'day Port Douglas & Daintree introduces Coast walking extraordinaire, Marion Makin.

In the video above, Marion, talks about why the Douglas Shire is such a great place to be.

From the mountains down to the beach, the scenery is always green and resembles a little piece of heaven.

She tells us about her childhood in South Australia, and how she ended up in Port Douglas, living beside the ocean.

G’day Port Douglas & Daintree’ is a series of videos featuring Douglas Shire locals sharing their lives and what inspires them to live in this beautiful part of the world.
