For the past three years, Jane Withington has been a Mable Disability Support Worker who recognises the need for growth among Providers, for both Aged Care and Disability Services.
She also identifies the importance of spreading the word about Mable and how disability and aged care customers can have greater choice and better value for their money.

Ms Withington said there are currently nine support workers in the Douglas Shire registered to work through Mable, including her partner.
“Mable is a platform that offers assistance to our local elderly and disabled but also offers assistance to holiday makers in similar situations.
“Earlier this year I was engaged through Mable to assist a family on holiday with their 10-year-old son who is autistic. I cared for him on three separate occasions allowing the family to engage in activities that were not suitable for the son,” she said.
