In an ongoing display of excellence, Raine & Horne Port Douglas once again join forces with visionary developer Nathan Verri to introduce their latest masterpiece: Kaya Villas.

Paving the way for a new era of luxury living, Kaya Villas embodies the success achieved by prior developments such as Baha Villas and Vivo Villas.

The new villas are promised to be an extraordinary sanctuary that redefines the boundaries of sophistication and indulgence.

Warner Street revitalised

Travis Schumacher, director of Raine & Horne Port Douglas, enthusiastically shared that the upcoming villas will continue to showcase the award-winning features for which their developments are renowned.

However, he emphasised that each new project strives to surpass expectations by adding a touch of innovation and refinement.

"In this latest endeavour we aimed to offer a residence with close proximity to town,” he said.

“Situated on Warner Street, Kaya Villas ensures effortless access to both the vibrant Macrossan Street and the bustling Marina.

“The development will also mark an exciting turning point for Warner Street as the villas are set to enhance the street's appeal.

“There have not been many new properties developed in the area for a while, especially not with this location, so we believe the response will be great.”

Evolution of elegance

Building designer and developer Nathan Verri said the design is an evolution of the previous villa designs that have proven to be function spacious and aesthetically pleasing.

“The design integrates with the relaxed private resort lifestyle of Port Douglas and captures the surrounding environment and easy access uniquely,” Mr Verri said.

“We very much wanted to ensure that privacy was achieved from the higher set building behind and also from the street front.

“This led to a central court private oasis design with the upper level overlooking down into the central court and out to the vistas of the mountains and leafy environment of the street

“We collaborated with Council to design a functional and economically viable development. Specialised consultants were engaged to ensure thoroughness.

“We are now in the final stages of the application submission process and eagerly awaiting development approval. Once we get the green light, we will be full steam ahead and marketing, sales, and construction will commence promptly.

“I believe there will be a lot of excited and motivated investors looking to snap up one of these uniquely designed and located villas in the heart of true paradise Port Douglas.”
