With an array of outstanding restaurants in our Shire a mouthwatering dish is always around the corner. We at Newsport want to join in on the deliciousness by seeing your best food shots.
Food is life, it connects all of our senses together and connects people. Food is something everyone can relate to.
That delicious artisanal ice-cream you ate over the weekend while overlooking the Coral Sea or that amazing parmi at the local pub you ate while sculling a beer with the boys.
From photos of a juicy steak to colourful rows of sushi or a healthy smoothie bowl, as long as your picture is taken at a restaurant or cafe in the Douglas Shire we want to see it!
Readers will have the opportunity to submit their food photographs until 29 March 2023.
In the first week of April a new round will start with a brand new theme, which will be announced on the day.
