DOUGLAS DECIDES: Where to lodge your 'The Voice' vote across our Shire this Saturday
THE VOTE

The Voice to Parliament referendum is finally here.
This Saturday thousands of Douglas Shire residents will join their fellow Australians by taking part in the nation wide ‘The Voice’ vote.
If you’re currently holidaying in the Douglas Shire or not from Queensland and intend to vote in QLD the Australian Electoral Commission has encouraged those to visit www.aec.gov.au and follow the early voting prompts.
Meantime, there are a number of locations that will host polling stations across the Douglas Shire on Saturday.
They include: Port Douglas Community Hall, Mossman State School, Miallo State School, Wonga Beach State School, Daintree State School and Alexandra Bay State School.
Polling booths are open between 8am – 6pm, this Saturday, October 14.
