The street view of Warner Street has changed with the completion of Kaya Villas - a luxury project by Nathan Verri and beautifully styled by Julie Verri - with just one villa remaining for sale with Travis Schumacher of Raine & Horne Port Douglas - Mossman.

The four-villa development marks Verri and Schumacher's fourth successful collaboration, following their previous projects Baha Villas, Vivo Villas, and Nova Villas..

Together, they have spent the last few years shifting the town's architectural landscape and bringing a fresh, modern energy to the area.

Moving away from traditional beachside design, Kaya Villas features modern Mediterranean aesthetics, complete with soft arches and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.

Travis Schumacher, Director at Raine & Horne Port Douglas - Mossman, said Nathan’s designs bring a world-class level of quality to the region.

"We are incredibly proud of the benchmark it sets,” he said. “If you look at what we’ve achieved here, it’s completely revitalised the streetscape.”

Mr Schumacher noted that the central location was chosen with a very specific buyer in mind.

“It’s designed for those who value convenience, someone who wants to simply stroll out their front door and be instantly in the heart of town,” he said.

“The development offers a flat, highly walkable alternative to the town’s steeper hill residential areas.”

Inside, each villa features four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs, private bathrooms, a second living area upstairs, and an internal lift.

The interior styling was curated by Julie Verri, who frequently brings her husband Nathan's architectural designs to life with a signature look that blends relaxed tropical living with high-end luxury.

“It’s just one of those places that feels completely inspiring,” Mr Schumacher said.

“When you open up all the doors to the outdoor entertainment area, it becomes a pure lifestyle property. It’s timeless and won’t go out of date.”

The market response to the team's track record speaks for itself. Only one final corner villa remains, with all others already sold off-the-plan.

“It is an incredibly rare opportunity,” Mr Schumacher said. “There is truly nothing else of this calibre on the market in Port Douglas right now.”
