Queensland Ambulance Services provide a daily round up of their activities across the state

Oakey – single-vehicle into pole

Paramedics transported a stable male patient to Toowoomba Hospital after a single-vehicle crashed into a power pole near 4AK and Road at 5.16am.

Rowes Bay – fire

Paramedics were on standby at a structure fire on Old Common Road around 2.30am. No patients required treatment or transport to hospital.

Rosslea – scooter incident

A female in her 20s was transported to Townsville Hospital in a stable condition with a suspected knee injury after falling from a scooter at a location near Bowen Road at 11.36pm.

Chevallum – two-vehicle crash

Two patients were assessed after a two-vehicle crash on Mons Road and the Bruce Highway at 10.34pm. A male in his 20s with shoulder and abdominal pain was transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and a stable female patient declined transport to hospital.

Lower Daintree – single-vehicle crash

A female in her 50s was transported to Mossman Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash on Mossman Daintree Road at 9.50pm.

Woorim – snake bite

Paramedics transported a male in his 60s to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition following a reported snake bite on the beach near North Street at 9pm.

Biloela – house fire

No persons were injured and QAS remained on standby for other emergency services for the duration of a house fire on Granville Street at 8.37pm.

Sippy Downs – motorcycle incident

A male patient was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition following a motorcycle crash on Gillespie Street at 8.32pm.

Bellbird Park – snake bite

A female in her 30s was transported to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition following a reported snake bite to the leg at a private address at 8.20pm.

Manly – vehicle and bicycle incident

A male in his 30s was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition following a vehicle and bicycle incident on the Royal Esplanade and Cambridge Parade at 7.19pm.

Springsure – snake bite

A male in his 30s was transported to Emerald Hospital in a stable condition following a reported snake bite to the leg at a location off the Dawson Developmental Road at 6.54pm.

Branyan – single-vehicle rollover

Paramedics transported a male patient to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition following a single-vehicle rollover on Childers Road at 6.29pm.

Cunnamulla – single-vehicle into a tree

A male in his 80s was transported to Cunnamulla Hospital in a stable condition with leg, arm and facial injuries following a single-vehicle crash into a tree on Weir Road at 6.12pm.

Surfers Paradise – post-immersion incident

Paramedics, including critical care, transported a male infant to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition following a post-immersion incident off River Drive and Blondell Avenue at 5.38pm.
