Queensland
Winya – single-vehicle into tree incident
Paramedics transported a male in his 20sto Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with back and shoulder pain following a single-vehicle into a tree incident on D’Aguilar Highway at 3.51am.
New Beith – house fire
Paramedics, including critical care and High Acuity Response Unit assessed five patients following a house fire at 2.56am.A male with significant burns and a female with suspected airway burns were transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Three stable children were transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital as a precaution.
South Brisbane – bus and vehicle incident
Paramedics transported a female in her 20s to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition following a bus and vehicle incident on South east Busway at 10.59pm.
South Brisbane – scooter incident
One patient was transported to Mater Hospital in a stable condition with a shoulder injury following scooter incident on Boundary Street at 9.46pm.
North Lakes – single-vehicle rollover
A male patient was transported to Redcliffe Hospital in a stable condition following a single-vehicle rollover on Japoon Street at 9.08pm.
Heathwood – truck and vehicle crash
A female in her early 50s was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition after a truck and vehicle crash on the Logan Motorway eastbound just after 9pm.
Goodna – two-vehicle crash
A female patient was transported to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition after a two-vehicle crash on Church Street and Alice Street at 8.14pm.
Southport – standby
QAS was on standby for other emergency services after multiple persons became stuck in lifts during a power outage at a location off Como Crescent. No persons required assessment or transport to hospital.
Molendinar – two-vehicle crash
Paramedics responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash on Ashmore Road and Macquarie Avenue at 7.05pm and transported a one stable patient to the Gold Coast University Hospital with minor injuries and neck pain.
Woombye – motorcycle crash
A male in his 50s was transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with an ankle and shoulder injury after a motorcycle crash on Shires Road at 7.05pm.
Burpengary East – motorcycle and vehicle crash
Paramedics, including critical care, transported a male in his 20s to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with a suspected leg injury after a motorcycle and vehicle crash on Cobb Road and Buckley Road at 6.44pm.
Carrara – dog bite
An elderly female was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a significant facial injury after a dog bite at 6.39pm.
Condon – single-vehicle crash
Paramedics transported a female patient to Townsville Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash on Riverway Drive and Gouldian Avenue at 6.15pm.
Lowood – snake bite
A female in her 40s was transported to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition after a suspected snake bite to the foot at a private residence at 6.15pm.
