EVE TAKEAWAY
BUSINESS FEATURE
Many people strolling past the former Nicha’s Coffee on Macrossan are stopping in their tracks, drawn in by the fresh new look and new name, Eve Takeaway, a familiar favourite entering a new chapter.
Recently taken over by new owner Ryan Vallve, Eve keeps the warm service and barista expertise locals know and love, while introducing a vibrant rebrand and an expanded menu.
With a new focus on all-day tasty breakfasts, toasties, freshly made sandwiches, and refreshing iced drinks like matcha and fruit chillers, Eve continues to serve the same great coffee that built its loyal following.
Food highlights include salmon bagels, breakfast burritos, signature toasties, fresh prawn rolls, and a variety of sandwiches.
“I wanted to focus on affordable all-day takeaway options,” Ryan said. “Whether you’re on the go, grabbing lunch on your break, or want to dine in, it’s all possible.”
Ryan draws on years of hospitality experience, having served as General Manager at luxury resorts and venues on Hamilton Island, and most recently as Food and Beverage Area Director for the launch of the three Crystalbrook properties in Cairns.
“The name Eve represents new beginnings, a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, be present and enjoy the moment,” he said.
Open daily from 6am to 2pm, Eve Takeaway offers local benefits and warmly welcomes all pooches.
