Great to see property prices correct downwards. However just mere months when ALL of Douglas Shire Council Land Valuations have escalated to massive highs we now have to pay new increased rates in a declining market trend. Go figure that one out folks. More money for DSC at ratepayers' expense. Not good during our cost of living crisis and total loss of our entire sugar industry.
