1. 2018-06-08 Macrossan St, Port Douglas Macrossan St Cigarette Butt Survey & Clean-Up On behalf of our project partner Tangaroa Blue, CVA will be holding a Cigarette Butt Survey & Clean-Up on Macrossan St, Port Douglas on June 8th, as part of World Oceans Day. All rubbish found will be surveyed as part of the Douglas Shire Cigarette Butt Source Reduction Plan. Removal of this litter prevents it being washed into drains and out into the reef and on our beaches.

We will meet at the park on the corner of Grant St and Macrossan St at 9:30am. We should be finished by lunchtime. Tongs, buckets and high-vis vests will be provided, but please bring gloves
