Wildlife Habitat has launched two new experiences further enhancing its commitment to immersive wildlife encounters.

The new private Croc feeding experience will see guests, in the company of local experts, have the opportunity to feed these reptiles and witness firsthand the power of their jaws, their ingenious hunting methods and tenacity for survival.

Serving as a fantastic addition to the renowned Swim with The Salties experience visitors can feel the thrill of nature as they feed these magnificent reptiles while gaining valuable insights into their behaviour and habitat conservation.

Also new is the your wild night habitat the only private nocturnal tour of its kind in Port Douglas, which will take visitors on an enchanting journey through the park after dark.

Led by knowledgeable wildlife keepers, this after-hours adventure offers a unique glimpse into the fascinating world of night-time wildlife.

The tour ensures an intimate and unforgettable experience, including encounters with elusive marsupials and nocturnal creatures as they come to life in their natural habitats.

Wildlife Habitat general manager Clare Anderson said the croc feeding and private nocturnal tour would further Wildlife Habitat’s mission of fostering connections with Australia's diverse wildlife.

“These immersive encounters promise to ignite curiosity, cultivate appreciation, and underscore our commitment to wildlife conservation," Ms Anderson remarked.

Both experiences are now available for booking.
