Police are still searching for an 80-year-old man who is missing in the Mt Molloy area. On Sunday police and SES volunteers commenced a search of a remote property in the far north.

Victor (Vic) Horne lives alone in a bush camp on the banks of the Mitchell River at Karma Waters Station.
His 1975 Land Rover was located about four kilometres from his camp on Monday (December 13), however, Vic has not been located.

Vic is described as slim build, Caucasian, 183cm tall, blue eyes with a grey beard.

A land search commenced yesterday and investigators are appealing for anyone with further information to contact police.
