Main Responsibilities: • Skillfully operate and navigate vessels under 12 meters in length within sheltered waters, ensuring passenger safety and comfort • Engage and educate passengers about the diverse flora and fauna of the Daintree River, focusing on the captivating world of crocodiles • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of vessels, including tasks such as leaf blowing, cleaning, and refueling • Perform other assigned duties as needed Qualifications and Experience: • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a coxswain in a similar capacity • Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences • Strong time management abilities and the capability to excel under pressure • Demonstrated safety awareness and effective risk management skills • In-depth knowledge of the local flora and fauna, particularly crocodiles • If you lack the experience we may consider training for the right fit Required Qualifications: • Coxswain Grade 1NC or Coxswain Grade 2NC certificate of competency • Valid CPR certificate • First Aid certification • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Interested in Joining Us?
