Due to the enormous popular demand for more VIVO Villas in Port Douglas, Nathan Verri and his team have created the next signature style development, Nova Villas.

The new, luxury resort style Nova Villas at 56 Mudlo Street will no doubt also sell off the plan, as did its sister developments Luxe on Ampora in Palm Cove and VIVO Villas.

Travis Schumacher, director of Raine and Horne, said he is proud to be part of another VIVO project.

“The unique design, including high end quality finishes, all contribute to making these villas so popular,” he said.

“VIVO has become a really strong brand and an icon in Port Douglas. When Nathan Verri, the developer, came to me a couple of years ago with the very first design and concept, we came up with a marketing plan and we sold the villas off the plan very quickly.

“That’s when we decided to continue the brand and the product.”

Developer Nathan Verri said cooperating with Raine and Horne has always been great.

“They’ve got a broad network across Australia as well as abroad and the personalised services makes it great to work with Travis.”

According to Mr Schumacher, the villas were something that Port Douglas was calling for.

“They have been captured so well in the market because of the high standards and the desire for exclusive tropical living, which particularly meets the requirements of our Southern market.”

“Not only is this new development within a short walk of Port’s Village centre and the sea, it’s also the address for style and exclusivity.

“The villas are designed over two sophisticated levels, each with four master bedrooms with their own ensuite and their private swimming pool. It is perfect for a luxury home or executive level holiday rental.”

Mr Verri adds that Nova Villas’ concept is meeting the market for a fair price.

“Our designs and our business structure is designed on holiday homes and Port Douglas is the perfect place in Australia for people to go on holiday.

“The villas are designed in a tropical, vernacular style to complement the planning scheme of the Douglas Shire.

“We make a difference with the design and quality we deliver. Our villas have special little tweaks and features you don’t get at other places.

“A big difference is also that they are fully subdivided developments. So there is no body corporate involved.
