Queensland Ambulance Services provide a daily round up of their activities across the state

Kippa Ring – motorcycle crash

A male patient was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with back and knee injuries following a motorcycle crash on Anzac Avenue and Hercules Road at 4.55am.

Vernor – vehicle into structure

Paramedics transported a female in her 40s to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition following a single-vehicle into structure at a location off Taree Road at 2.48am.

Noosa Heads – alleged assault

Paramedics transported a female patient to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury following an alleged assault at a location off Hastings Street at 12.50am.

Glenore Grove – single-vehicle into pole

A male in his 30s was transported to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crashed into a pole and caught alight on Walhuben Road at 10.03pm

Surfers Paradise – motorcycle and vehicle crash

Paramedics, including critical care and the High Acuity Response Unit, transported a male in his 50s to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with a suspected collarbone injury and head injury.

Lake Wivenhoe – vehicle fire

Paramedics assessed one stable male for smoke inhalation following a reported vehicle fire on Crossdale Road and Wivenhoe Somerset Road at 9.36pm. He did not require transport to hospital.

Karana Downs – single-vehicle rollover

Paramedics responded to reports of a single-vehicle rollover into power pole on Illoura Grove and Tanderra Way just after 9pm. Four patients in their late teens were transported to Ipswich Hospital in stable conditions, including:

  • A male with minor abrasions
  • A female with no major injuries
  • A female with minor abrasions
  • A male with a minor head laceration

Maroochydore – scooter incident

Paramedics transported a female in her 40s to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition with a suspected knee and hip injury after falling from a scooter on Cotton Tree Parade at 8.51pm.

Stafford Heights – skateboard incident

A female patient was transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a stable condition with an arm injury after falling off a skateboard at a private address at 8.40pm.

Flinton – truck rollover

Two male patients were transported to St George Hospital in stable conditions, one with lower leg injuries and the other with minor lacerations, after a truck rollover on the Moonie Highway at 8.13pm.

Rocky Point – single-vehicle crash

Paramedics transported a female patient to Mossman Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash on Mossman Daintree Road at 7.39pm.

Deagon – single-vehicle crash

Paramedics responded to a single-vehicle crash on the Gateway Motorway northbound at 7.10pm. A male in his 50s was transported to Redcliffe Hospital in a stable condition.

Warwick – two-vehicle crash

A female in her 50s was transported to Warwick Hospital in a stable condition with minor abrasions following a two-vehicle crash on Wallace Street and Wood Street at 7.06pm.
