Agtech and Logistics Hub coming to Mossman

The Douglas Chamber of Commerce has engaged in a collaborative initiative with the Queensland Government, Canegrowers Mossman and the Queensland AgTech and Logistics Hub to stage an AgTech and Innovation Forum at the Mossman Memorial Bowls Club on Thursday September 16.

Launched in May 2021, The AgTech and Logistics Hub bridges the gap between industry challenges and problem-solvers. The hub provides an opportunity to collaborate and draw on experience from other sectors in a strategic and sustainable manner.

Participants will have an opportunity to connect with the AgTech and Logistics Hub and other partners; identify and enable opportunities to collaborate, and to showcase the diversity and innovation of the FNQ Region.

The following will address the forum:

  • Owen Williams – Manager of the AgTech and Logistics Hub 
  • Jason Huggins – AgTech Sector Engagement Officer & Regional Innovation and Engagement Lead
  • A local Agricultural representative from Douglas Chamber of Commerce
