“Southeast Asian flavours are our passion and Sous Chef Serhii Hryschchenko created this menu especially for the evening,” she said.

Ms Buick said they hope to create a fun and relaxed vibe with a little bit of gin education.

“Guests will be welcomed with a tropical cocktail on arrival followed by a four course menu complimenting local craft gin.”

“Sam Kennis from Wolf Lane distillery will be hosting the night and give the guests some information about the different types of gin.”

With their restaurant closed a few days a week during this challenging period, Ms Buick said they wanted an opportunity to get their team back together to do what they love.

“We want to give not only guests, but also our regular locals something different and fun to do on a Friday night.

“School holidays are almost upon us so this was to kick things off with a bang. Because, who doesn’t like gin?!”
