The Ray White Port Douglas team presented five unique properties for auction on Saturday bringing down the hammer on what could only be described as an incredibly successful day for everyone involved.

A crowd of over 150 were in attendance for the event and many followed the Ray White team as they roamed the Douglas Shire area following the electric auction atmosphere.

The great turn out was a testament to Ray White and to the value and benefit of new properties coming onto market exclusively listed with the team, as the demand from locals looking to upsize or downsize is clearly evident.

“We still have buyers, who have missed this opportunity, ready to buy in the community and find their new perfect home,” Soula Kazakis said, with herself hitting the pavement ready to hunt down properties for her clients.

“The entire team are proud to represent our clients on their property journeys and are professionally matching buyers with sellers in this beautiful region," principal seller Mark Flinn said.

“We have happy vendors and buyers and now we are looking towards finding more properties in the Douglas Shire to meet the demands of our community."
