Kaya Villas set to break ground, only one villa left in high-demand development

A much-anticipated moment arrived last week as the symbolic first shovel touched the ground at Kaya Villas on Warner Street in Port Douglas, marking a positive turn for the local area. 

Kaya Villas, an embodiment of luxury living and architectural finesse, started capturing the attention of prospective homeowners last year when sales opened. 

The partnership between Raine & Horne Port Douglas and Nathan Verri, is once again proving a resounding success, with three out of the four villas already sold after only hitting the market three months ago.

Only one villa remains available for purchase, underscoring the high demand for this exclusive residential development.

Builder William Verri from Northern Building & Construction personally visited the site last week, confirming that all systems go for the official commencement scheduled for early February.

In this local endeavour, the familiar connection is unmistakable, as William Verri, cousin of developer Nathan Verri, takes charge, working diligently to guarantee the timely delivery of the property.

The Verri cousins, both long-term locals in the area, bring their deep-rooted connection to the community to the forefront of this significant undertaking.
