AIRPORT TRANSFER DRIVERS

Exemplar Coaches and Limousines is the leading airport transfer company in the Cairns-Port Douglas region. We have specialised in airport transfers for over 30 years. No local town shuttle work is expected. Our head office and depot is located in Craiglie.
We currently seek airport transfer drivers who reside in the Port Douglas and Mossman area. These positions are permanent part time with extended hours if required. All leave is pro rata.
To be part of our professional team you must be friendly, people focused, flexible with your hours, well groomed, reliable and demonstrate a keen work ethic. Training is provided. You must demonstrate a safe driving record and hold a current Driver's License (LR min) and Qld Driver's Authorisation (DA).
Please note that driver’s must hold these mandatory qualifications before applying.

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our professional and well established management team. Reporting to the Group General Manager, responsibilities will include:
* Staff Management: managing, motivating and on-going training of bar, food and kitchen staff
* Customer Service: superior customer service skills; acting as a meet and greet to all customers using our bar, food and gaming facilities
*Strong food and beverage knowledge and skill: substantial experience in all aspects of beverage making and presentation (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, coffees, juices, smoothies), bar set-up and cleanliness, and substantial experience with coordinating food floor staff and working harmoniously with the kitchen team
* Ambience: setting up of hotel for day and night trade to create an environment that people want to be in and feel comfortable (e.g. furniture layout, light levels, music volume, fans/ac etc)
* Administration: cash/till handling including administering floats
* Liaison/Coordinator of Entertainment & Security: liaising with live entertainers and managing sport/events televised on big screen and liaising and assisting with security and crowd control

Palmer Sea Reef Golf Course Port Douglas has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced manager to join the team.

Located in the tropical paradise of Far North Queensland this is a truly unique role that has only become available once in the past twelve years.

The position reports to the company General Manager. While a golfing or a sporting background would be highly advantageous, it is not essential. Proven successful management of a club, business or similar organization would be highly advantageous.

The role:

The Course is seeking to appoint a new General Manager to provide overall strategic and operational leadership.

The smooth day-to-day running of the club and all applicable compliance responsibilities.
Strong financial management and administration experience.
Successful track record of sales and event management,
Marketing and promotional work experience to secure and retain business partnerships.
Assisting with running club tournaments and events.
Exceptional stakeholder management including members, guests, local government, and other organizations.
Developing and leading high-performing teams and instilling disciplines, technology, management structures and governance to deliver an outstanding membership/guest experience.

Qualifications and skills that would be beneficial.

Approved Manager & RMLV Qualifications or Ability to obtain.

MainStream Aquaculture Queensland is a rapidly growing aquaculture business that produces premium and sustainably farmed Barramundi in the Cassowary Coast and Douglas Shire regions. We currently have exciting opportunities available for one full time Night shift positions to join our dedicated team at our Port Douglas farm. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable and passionate candidates with the ability to handle a diverse fast paced workload. You will work closely with the management and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all aspects of our overnight pond monitoring of our farm fresh Barramundi.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be a key player in our overnight pond monitoring activities
• Operation and general maintenance of farm plant and equipment, including the completion of necessary checklists.
• Be part of a team environment and work independently when required.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Food Safety and Workplace Health & Safety Systems ensuring a high standard of operation.
• Participating in overnight and weekend work and being flexible with duties and hours of work.
• Great work life balance, full time hours with a seven-day fortnight, swinging roster of three on three off, four on four off.

Requirements:
• Current C class manual licence and reliable vehicle to attend sites
• Strong work ethics and commitment to the role
• Ability to work alongside the team to systematically complete daily tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all members of the team
• Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks
• Ability to work safely and efficiently through the night

Desirable Requirements:
