The search for a missing man at Cow Bay has entered a third day.
On Monday, September 7, police launched a search-and-rescue operation in response to reports of a missing 31-year-old man.
At about 3pm police were notified that a man was seen entering bushland near Cape Tribulation Road at around 1.30pm and had not returned.
A search-and-rescue operation involving police, SES members, the Rescue 510 helicopter, and POLAIR was launched that afternoon and remains ongoing.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
