AFTER operating his successful holiday accommodation rental business Port Douglas Accommodation for more than 20 years, Alan Crossman, Principal of Ray White Port Douglas & Mossman, has sold the business to Chris Morgan and Sue Lowry.

“Chris and Sue have been working with me for the past two years, primarily within the Port Douglas Accommodation division, and the arrangement is ideal, as the new owners are experienced operators,” said Crossman.

“I am very comfortable that Chris and Sue are the new owners. They have been residents of Port Douglas for many years and have held responsible positions in a number of established tourist related companies during this time.”

The office and operational centre for Port Douglas Accommodation will remain at its present location at Ray White Four Mile, and there will be no change to the presentation of the portfolio of properties.

Crossman said that an ongoing collaboration between Port Douglas Accommodation and Ray White Port Douglas and Mossman will continue indefinitely.
