Speculations on sale of Sheraton Port Douglas incorrect
NO SALE

Speculations have been going around town regarding the potential sale of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas. It has now turned out that these rumours are untrue and that instead the Mirage resort on the Gold Coast is up for sale.
On Thursday this week it was announced that the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast, one of the most prestigious hotels in Australia, is for sale for over $200 million.
Owners Star Entertainment Group purchased the property back in 2017 and have listed the property for what is believed to be the third time, with two previous attempts to sell failing in recent years.
Fullshare, the owners of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Port Douglas have confirmed that the Far North resort is not sold to anyone and that Fullshare is still the owner.
