The Port Douglas favourite has recently undergone a subtle but striking refurbishment, refreshing its poolside restaurant with polished floors and a new lick of paint on the timberwork. 

The timing couldn’t be better, as its air-conditioned restaurant offers a cool retreat during the hotter months. 

It also makes San-ti the perfect place for a relaxed Christmas morning. The restaurant will open for its Christmas à la carte breakfast on December 25, serving from 7.30am to 1pm, with bar service available from 10am to midday. 

Christmas hampers

For those celebrating elsewhere, San-ti is again offering its popular Christmas hampers, designed to take the stress out of festive catering.

The hamper, perfect for two people ($169), includes Christmas ham, roast turkey fillet, Tasmanian smoked salmon, local tiger prawns, a trio of cheeses, chocolate pudding, fresh fruit, condiments, crackers, and a house-made sourdough loaf.

San-ti also offers a year-round selection of hampers for pickup, including Continental Breakfast, Breakfast, Souvlaki Grilling, and BBQ Grilling hampers.

Exciting menu updates coming

After the festive season, San-ti will turn its attention to the kitchen, with a refreshed menu set to launch around Easter. 

The new offering continues the restaurant’s evolution toward a blend of contemporary Australian dining and Indonesian-inspired flavours.

Extended service hours are also planned, with the restaurant shifting to an all-day dining model featuring lunch until 5pm and dinner from 5pm onwards.
