BUSINESS FEATURE

Some places in our Shire just know how to bring people together, and The Tin Shed is one of them. A hub for locals throughout the year, this festive season it’s going all out to spread Christmas magic across the community.

To make the most of the most wonderful time of the year (because why not?), The Tin Shed has packed the entire month of December with festive fun.

Festivities kick off with Christmas Ham Raffles every Friday night from December 5, giving locals the perfect excuse to grab a drink, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and maybe even head home with a premium ham.

And for members looking to boost their luck, The Tin Shed is giving away twelve Christmas hampers throughout the month. Just swipe your card at the foyer kiosk during each visit, and if fortune smiles on you, a prize voucher will pop out instantly, the more you visit, the more chances to win.

The excitement ramps up on Saturday, December 6, when The Tin Shed hosts its Very Merry Christmas Party for members, a festive way to say thank you to everyone in the Shire who has supported the venue throughout the year.

Think happy hour all night, roaming canapés, heaps of raffles and prizes, and live tunes from Katie Richards and Azarianne with The Groove Bureau keeping the dance floor buzzing across both levels.

Christmas Day is also set to be unforgettable. With only a few seats left, this relaxed lunch by the water features a three-hour drinks package and a festive buffet with fresh seafood, all served on our deck overlooking the water.

The holiday spirit doesn’t stop at the door.

The Tin Shed is giving back to the Shire this season, serving as a collection point for the Mossman Support Services Food Drive Appeal.

Locals can drop off non-perishable items or special treats for families doing it tough, which are then passed directly to their dedicated team.

The venue is also sponsoring the Mossman Youth Centre Christmas Extravaganza on Friday, December 5, at the Mossy Showgrounds, a fantastic event that brings the community together.

On top of that, The Tin Shed is supporting the Mossman Support Christmas Day Lunch and making contributions across the Shire, helping ensure a magical Christmas for everyone.
