In a bold move last November, the team relocated their office from Craiglie to the picturesque Boathouse Venue.

This strategic decision transformed the space into a multifaceted gem, serving as both an office and an event space, offering unmatched flexibility to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion.

“Our desks double as tables during events, while office chairs are neatly stored in the back,” Jade explained.“When you book the venue, you gain access to a range of facilities, including kitchen facilities. The venue can accommodate up to 50 guests for seated events and 100 for standing cocktail functions.”

The team’s expertise extends to styling, with a keen eye for detail. “We concentrate on ensuring that every element, from furniture rental to table decorations and lighting arrangements, is tailored to perfection,” Tess emphasised. 

“We ensure alignment with the client's preferences by leveraging the neutral colour scheme of the venue, providing a blank canvas for versatile styling options such as floral arrangements or candles. The possibilities truly are endless, allowing you to curate the perfect ambiance for your special occasion.”

Moreover, the team provides planning assistance, aiding in supplier bookings and overseeing the setup on the day of the event to ensure everything looks impeccable.

“We collaborate closely with caterers and can provide package options to complement the venue hire,” Jade said. “This includes caterers, bar staff, and musicians, ensuring seamless coordination for your event.”

Further distinguishing the venue is its late curfew, one of the latest in town.

"Music or final drinks conclude by 11.30 pm, and the venue clears out by midnight," Jade highlighted. “In contrast, other venues like Sugar Wharf close at 10.30pm, and parks close even earlier, at 10pm. The extended availability until midnight allows for ample time to celebrate.”
