Caroline Yarr, representing Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty in Port Douglas, has achieved a notable accolade, being featured among the Top 53 Female Real Estate Agents in Queensland.

This achievement was highlighted in a recent report in celebration of International Women's Day.

Caroline stands out as the only female Sales Agent acknowledged in Far North Queensland. Her inclusion among the industry elite reflects aligned with counterparts in highly sought-after areas such as The Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane.

In 2023, Caroline demonstrated her expertise with a total sales volume of $19,205,000, achieving an average sale price of $1,600,416 within the Douglas Shire region.

Reflecting on her success, Ms Yarr highlighted Port Douglas’ appeal, emphasising its status as a retreat for those seeking tropical bliss.

“Port Douglas serves as an idyllic retreat for affluent southerners seeking refuge from the winter chill and indulging in their own piece of tropical bliss,” Ms Yarr said.

“Numerous individuals opt to invest in properties that not only provide financial gains through holiday rentals but also afford them the luxury of enjoying personal getaways in the North.”

She further added that Port Douglas, “with its stunning tropical rainforests and pristine reefs, offers an experience that transcends monetary value found in bustling urban centres”. “I take great pleasure in enabling others to claim a share of this unparalleled beauty.”
