The jury deliberated for about seven hours to come up with the unanimous verdict, which was delivered late this afternoon.
The retrial of the former Innisfail nurse, 41, began about a month ago, with the jury retiring on Friday to consider its verdict.
The nine men and three women decided Mr Singh was guilty of murdering Ms Cordingley on the afternoon of Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the remote Wangetti Beach, about 30km south of Port Douglas.
Ms Cordingley’s body was found buried in a shallow grave at the beach the next day by her father Troy.
The court has been adjourned to tomorrow morning for sentencing submissions.
