2pm 3 pm International tai chi and qigong day Everywhere in the world people will go to a public park in the morning at 10 am and practise tai chi.
It is a peaceful way to feel united to people all over the world, not to talk but to gently move.
A way to be kind to yourself and the people around you. It helps to realise that we are all connected, wherever we are in our being human and part of the natural world. Australia celebrates Anzac Day this year at the same date.
We respect this celebration and have chosen a later time:
We will gather in Rex Smiel park at 2 pm

Everyone is welcome to watch or to participate.

See you then!
